An expatriate is considered to be a person who is being found to have a citizenship in one country but still he is living in some other country. But in most of the cases, most of the expatriates do prefer living in the foreign country and that too for a long period of time and they do even have a planning to return to their home country after some days. But among all these, there are some who plans to never return to their home country where their citizenship prevails. On the other hand there remain a number of challenges when an expatriate prefers to go for an foreign assignment.
